After coming from Hong Kong, the hotel's rooms are lovely, well-finished, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service, however, had some issues after my long flight and dealing with a less-than-friendly reply regarding dinner requests. The location, close to Pudong International Airport, is convenient with a free shuttle service. The dining experience was great during my stay. The facilities offered were commendable.
